Ouch - I saw that too; 0-60; I'm assuming that he was on a road without a posted speed limit; UK national speed limit applies; 60mph or perhaps it was a dual carriageway (70mph)... with cars parked at the side... in a park... yes, that's what it was so all ok.

Nice review, nice video.

Unless there are street lights. It's not well known (but something I have heard of prosecutions for) that if there are street lights and no other signs, the default speed limit is 30mph.

Understanding Speed Limits - Safer Motoring (UK)

the 30mph speed limit applies to all traffic on all roads with street lighting unless road signs show that a different speed limit applies. If the road is unlit then there will be repeated 30mph signs along or beside the road for the duration of the limit area.
