Did you receive one? I have been waiting for months. I don't think they exist.

I have not yet received communication, but I've sent another questions. The referal program usually respond back in about 2 weeks. I think many of the referals gift are late, and this one is no exception

Where did you send in your question for the referral program? I have emailed about 3 times and have heard nothing back from them. A bit annoying.
