Want wheel covers painted

Waiting on delivery on my MY (MSM). Want to have the wheel covers painted black or dark gray all around. Have watched the YouTube videos and it seems doable but would rather take them to a professional. Any suggestions in the Bay Area?

I know you mentioned you want to take it somewhere, but you might consider black plastidip in a spray can. It literally can be rubbed or peeled off by hand if you don't like the way it turns out. Very little surface prep needed other than cleaning. That is, no sanding or priming. The resulting color will usually be matte/satin finish though.
