I got to 5 referrals and am more of a luxury guy, preferring a softer ride...so I'll definitely be selling the Arachnids. I'm near NYC though so shipping to Vancouver might be rather expensive.

I don't think anyone is suggesting anything different that violates the rules.
I can always show up with someone else's car to have them installed, don't you think? Or just take them un-mounted and loaded into my hatch and take to a local tire shop to mount on any other car.
But yes, the winner will still be liable for whatever taxes there might be.
