I got a set in WTB a couple years back, the install strikers and bolts from service center and bumper reinforcement from eBay (controlled structural part, service center and repair shops won’t sell in my experience).

Install was easy, about 2.5 hours total for me, but could be much faster if not concerned about the clips and depending on comfort level.

These are the same folks I purchased the reinforment piece from.

The studs and nuts are already there, you drop the bumper cover, remove the inner bumper, put this on, replace bumper, replace or reattach bumper cover.
