Warning: Black Horse PCP

Hi all,
Due to collect car next week.

Originally had MSM SR+ at 43350.

After price drop, changed to White for £40840.

Deposit initially offered £7.5k.

Finance details were NOT updated after price change and so now they want a 7.5k deposit from me. Guy on the phone refused to accept any explanation from me. I offered them the (7.5k deposit - the price change) which would take me to the approved loan amount but they’ve made me reapply for the finance.

I’m a bit annoyed to say the least. Hope it goes through OK.

Moral of the story, if on PCP and price changed, contact Tesla immediately to update finance terms.

Made a finance request and then updated my order and requested it was attached just in case of this issue

I made a finance request through the Tesla website then asked for my order to be updated with the spec I had chosen and the new finance agreement to be applied to my account. I checked the source code after the order update and noticed the figures weren’t right for the finance, asked them to check it again and now they look correct. Pretty poor you have to do all the messing about but it didn’t surprise so I thought I should do it just in case

So called in today, VIN and delivery date are back. So is final invoice.

finance has been sorted too but still says pending on account. I’m glad I got it sorted earlier because I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have given me the car on Friday!
