I have a Tesla 2016. Model S P90. I get the caution picture when I first enter the car and hit the brake to start up. Only 17,000 miles on the car. What does this caution mean?

...caution picture...

It means to look at the yellow dashes: Be cautious because the regen is reduced so the car may glide just like a gasoline car and not holding it back. This change in regen behavior usually happens in cold weather or full charge...
