Doesn't seem like it's a mistake. Sampling very thin in Canada, but here it is: Inventory | Tesla Canada

All 4yr/160,000km.

Just checked and it seems has been rolled back

There may be a change on the way though, there was a similar error with the new Australian warranty with many people seeing the new one then having it removed quickly afterwards.
