Warranty on Used Model S

If I buy a used Model S directly from Tesla, the warranty is only for 50k miles. Does Tesla sell extended warranties? If not, where could I get one?

As far as I know, nobody sells an extended warranty other than Tesla.

And Tesla only sells them to original owners. If you buy a used Tesla, you cannot get an extended warranty - just the CPO warranty.
