Warranty Repair

Finally, after 6 months, I received authorization for a warranty repair and dropped my S off at an off-site repair business Tesla sent me to. They said they need car for 3 weeks. I have to get a rental which will be over $1,000 for that long. Does anyone know if Tesla pays for any of that? It seems as it is warranty work it should not be on my dime. BTW, this is my second S. The first was a 2016 and customer service was so much better and Tesla supplied loaners. This “touchless” customer service is abhorrent.

Yes, they owe you a loaner, but they may try to get away with Uber credits.
