This advice is offered without warranty. Proceed at your own risk. If by “washed” you mean it got wet, just let it dry. Try to warm it up a TINY AMOUNT by placing on top of something that generates a LITTLE heat. Let it sit for at least a day maybe 2. If it came in contact with detergent, REMOVE THE BATTERY and rinse it thoroughly with water or 90%+ alcohol. Let sit. This is what I would, not saying it’s what YOU should do. I used to clean very sophisticated circuit board this way.
