I got a Tesla official trade-in offer of $43,600. Given that Tesla does not value FSD when trading in, $47,600 is a very good price (which means $4000 for FSD instead of the current $12,000). Also, note that 100% electric vehicles are exempt from the vehicle excise tax (sales tax) if registered in Washington DC. I believe there are also incentives in Maryland and Virginia.
