I noticed some water dripping from near the center of the bottom of the chassis after driving the car for a while and pulling over into a car park. Anyone experienced the same? Is this normal? Thanks for the tips!
Although I didn't get my car yet, I assume it's condensation water from the aircon or maybe the battery cooling system. Probably nothing to worry about.
In my experience, the a/c seems like it must drip on top of the battery, then run off in the direction of the car's particular angle. I've seen it drip out pretty much at all four corners at various times.
Yea, I had the aircon on. However, I never had this issue with my other car (Mercedes) with aircon on... Thanks all for the helpful info tho!
Indeed. Seems like an odd design, but I'm sure there's some logic behind it. This was a pic I snapped when I installed the radar detector, I assume the pipe in the middle is the condensation drain:
Why does a car leak water while running the a/c? Edit: Above is link. I got a PM from someone here saying they were about to answer my question until they realized it was a link... lol...
