For about a day now the forum is at times getting extremely slow to respond. Dozens of seconds to open a topic. Sometimes even timing out (or I get the html but not the css and get the nice 1992 style internet look).
I am reasonably positive that the problem isn't on my end - 100Mb/s internet connection, many other sites perform just as usual. Tried several computers, different browsers. And I also observed the same when checking TMC from work today.

I'm observing the same symptoms both from home and work.

Same here.. I think it's just that the traffic is bumping up against available resources -- with all the new traffic about the Model X as well as all the talk of firmware v7 seems to be overloading the server(s).

Thanks, doug. Much appreciated. Not knowing anything about what's causing it let me be the ambassador of the painfully obvious... over the next few months the number of people browsing the site and participating and posting will go up quite a bit...

I've noticed that a lot of my waits seem to be waiting for responses from "yui.yahooapis.com"

I hope that provides a clue...

Thanks for keeping the site running!
