Weird Model 3 white powder underneath car after it rains

It should be easy to lay down some plastic sheeting and see if the powder collects on top.

it is on top as depicted in picture and in my case
on top of vinyl floor tiling that predate model 3
and 2 previous other cars.

to be clear, fluids sweating from previous vehicles
or if they were driven in the wet, DIDN’T result in
dried white powder as does the 3, forward of front tires.

It’s the concrete. I was only talking about driving after /during the rain so the car drips water on the ground.
