Weird TPMS Issue

msjulie, I had this happen to my 2.0. Thought it was the 3V coin cells in the tpms sensor(s),but 2 days later all was fine. That was 4 months ago. It has been much colder since then and all is well, so definitely not sensor batteries in my case. Might have been a temporary communication error in my case. Anyway, give it a few days before you replace. Sensors have been quire reliable, 3 of 4 have been replaced in the past 7 years.

So far the fault light and sound have gone on every time the car powers up... either way, I'm going to wait till I replace the front tires I think - before having all the tires dismounted ok
