DK21 got his VIN on 4/20.
True dat!!!! And my point of contact emailed me the same day. I left him a phone message, and wrote him an email, about an hour after he contacted me on Friday to no avail. I'm hopeful that he'll be in touch with me on Monday. However, don't you worry, he'll be getting another call from me on Monday as well. I don't just WANT this car, I NEED this car (driving around a beat up 1996 Volvo).
Once you get a VIN, where does it show up? Does it replace your Reservation #?

my question is when Iog into my Tesla account where would I look to find my VIN if it has been assigned? Do I click on Manage?
(Still waiting to see my vin too.)
Non previous Tesla owner, I configured and ordered on 3/12, VIN didn't come in until 4/11.
Don't just F5 refresh, do a Ctrl+F5, that way it forces a refresh from the source. You'll get your VIN faster that way.
I saw my VIN on Monday, 4/16 - I don't know if the shutdown already happened but I'm still waiting for the call. "Hector" hasn't gotten back to me yet (Yeah, I called after having gone all week with no news - and let them know that, during a previous call, they said a VIN assignment meant I was a week or so away from delivery - and I'm trying to coordinate insurance, financing, charger installation and other paperwork in a state that has no Tesla store. They told me my rep was "Hector" and that they'd let it be known I reached out/).
So you were able to just call and get the delivery specialist contact info? They gave me her name but that was it. The last time I called though they said she appeared to be "online". So I'm assuming that means she's not been on vacation. I'm gonna call again today since it's officially been 2 weeks now since I got my VIN and see if I can get her email address. Maybe that will be a better way to get her to reach out to me.

Now ignoring suspected spam calls will be even more difficult, and i will be checking voice mail even more frequently.
BTW, No need to click on manage. VIN shows up between 'Model 3' and manage button.
For spam call ignoring, the call from my advisor comes from Nevada. I assume they all do.
After first getting a 138XX VIN, a new 159XX one appeared this weekend after my advisor promised by email Friday a delivery call once I had a new one. (Still don’t know why the first one got redirected or sent back.)
I can see it now: “Sorry, class, I have to take this call.”
Anyone already in possession of a 15XXX M3 they’d like to comment on?
Do they suppose to call or email once you get VIN?
I actually got neither. I had to see my first VIN appear on my account to lead me to then call twice before an advisor was assigned who did call me back the afternoon she was given my case.
Anyone from 4/15 configuration batch got their VIN yet? 2 weeks updating the page and I don't have one yet
Also the tracking spreadsheet some reason stopped showing me the filtering options (and the whole menu-bars), so I cannot check it for details.
