The recent price drops meant we could get a 100D 7 seater under the luxury tax which would have added $7,000. Yep, not eligible for any rebates and gets a luxury tax lopped on top for most configurations. Still, we have the highest EV adoption in Canada. I got the TM3 last Sept (that one at least was eligible for a rebate).
