How do I get free parking for one hour of I have a tesla

Normally you would have to go to the Tesla store on the ground floor and enter your reg on the touchscreen they have on display. But if it’s after hours that’s the main issue, see previous posts

I made the mistake of registering my car with the Westfield app. When I enter the car park Westfield automatically registers the car and takes the payment automatically from my bank account when I leave. The effect seems to be that the Tesla store system doesn’t recognise my registration and I don’t get the free hour. Had me and Tesla staff baffled. ‘Are you sure your car is a Tesla?’

My Tesla (22 reg) does not get recognised by the tablet either. Maybe I shouldn't have registered for smart parking.

I just dropped by Westfield White City and went to register my car, and unfortunately they ended the free parking benefit.
