I think the number is transposed. Is it 50.3? The latest firmware update according to Tesla Firmware Update site is 50.3.

Tesla Firmware Upgrade Tracker Web App

If 50.3, it is the update for AP2 cars automatic windshield wipers.

It's a Model 3 release. Model 3 seems to be on its own branch of development.

I think you're missing the point.

I think OP was talking about 50.10.

Not sure what you meant by "it's a Model 3 Release?? Threads title refers to 53.10. I suggested threads author was looking for info on 50.3, since there is no 2017.53 release on the X and the highest tracked on the Model 3 is 2017.48xxxx

I'm a bit confused. It appears you do own an X (6 seater middle seat seatbelt issue) but it is unclear if you received an update notice and it failed to update??
That is to say you see 2017.50.10 in the UI (Explanation: meaning partial update - verygreen indicated the update is a multi-part process so part of the UI may update but the AP may fail ... and the UI shows the update version but it is not full updated).

Was just trying to answer Mattack2000 question on a release in this Thread on Model X. Not sure how Model 3 is relevant.

I guess we (I?) thought he meant:

What’s in the new firmware 50.3.10

when he typed this as the thread title:

What’s in the new firmware 53.10

and that is what we were clarifying because 50.3.10 is for the Model 3 only as far as we know so far. HTH

Understand... we are saying the same.... there is no 53.10 for the X, so the Thread is mislabeled. Maybe Mattack2000 will have to clarify his inquiry. We seem to be guessing the question.

    Edit:
What‘s weird is, it doesn‘t show in the AP 2 Totals table...

Have to believe they’ll fix both anomalies.

Looking forward to *.18.04 in a couple of weeks, for example, as it is after all a new year.

Gotta love the semi-consistent biweekly release cycle in any case.

Tesla bug or TeslaFI bug. It went from 50.10 'back' to 50.3

@scottf200 do you have to be a TeslaFi member to get those detailed stats?
I now see a AP 1 Model S 60D that got the 50.10 software. Another glitch?

Yes, the display on "that page" are a little different. It shows my cars history of firmware updates and the from/to firmware in a similar table that you saw. That last 10 list gets updated all the time and you obviously see non-USA 'fleet' cars on it at different times of the day.

It is really a fantastic service and is $50 / year!! [It is *very* rare I pay subscription models to things (aside from basics like phone, utils, etc).] People from all over the globe are using it. I'm not associated at all and just a happy user.

Another glitch (Tesla or TeslaFI?) as it went back. See below graphic:
