What’s the UK fix state on the S/X screen clouding at edges?

My X, 2 years old in September has the orange haze around the edge of the MCU and the dash.

spoke to Tesla last year and they said they have a fix but no tools or training to do and to wait.

just curious if any UK SCs are now fixing these issues?

MK Service centre has the UV tool, they did our X must be 6 months ago now. Was done whilst having another thing fixed.

There is also the same thing happening in the display of the drivers instrument cluster, but no fix for that.

My friend had his screen get the yellowing on his S and got fed up waiting on Tesla to sort it out. Ended up buying a UV lamp on Amazon and let it run over night. It wasn't a perfect fix but made a huge improvement for the £40 cost. If you want me to find out what he bought let me know and I'll ask.

I got my screen sorted at Weybridge around 2 months ago. A ranger was booked in to do it but got cancelled due covid

Heathrow fixed my S at same time as some other work last November

I didn’t realise that UV light fixed this issue, I thought UV caused it as it’s a problem that increases with time/UV exposure?

2 year service due in September hopefully lockdown sorted by then and I can get them to fix it then
