hi, i just purchases a 2017 MS from Tesla. I love it! but i have some issues. Being new to Tesla, i am not sure what my support options are. I do know that i can put in a service request through the mobile app, but is there phone support for issues that might not need a service visit? or event tech support chat or email? i don't see any of this on the web site and the official forms have been switched to read only. the forums replacement (Engage Tesla) does not seem to have any forum functionality.
