what are the support options for a used tesla?

hi, i just purchases a 2017 MS from Tesla. I love it! but i have some issues. Being new to Tesla, i am not sure what my support options are. I do know that i can put in a service request through the mobile app, but is there phone support for issues that might not need a service visit? or event tech support chat or email? i don't see any of this on the web site and the official forms have been switched to read only. the forums replacement (Engage Tesla) does not seem to have any forum functionality.

As stated above use the service section in the app. Fill out the issue and at some point they will call or message you prior to the appt. I bought a used 2017 model S last fall and I’ve used it 2 times with no issues and both problems resolved. Condensation in tail light and driver window squeaking when rolling up and down.
