What are these that my car came with?

I got a bunch of these (attached) in my cars frunk when it was delivered. I have no idea what they are. It says on the box, “New Turbine Aero Kit”, but for the life of me I can’t figure it out.

Appreciate any thoughts.

No clue — they are pretty small (hand sized) so not like anything I’m familiar with.

I'd love to hear if they make much difference with range. I took mine off as i like the look of the wheels better without them.
