2019.8.3 also includes dynamic brake lights on Model 3 in Europe (brake lights are blinking fast in case of a sudden hard brake at more than 50km/h, and if the vehicle comes to a full stop hazard lights start blinking until the car accelerates).

Note: This is being collected for Model S and Model X owners so the details below are specific both these and NOT the Model 3.

Note: The list will become exhaustive as Tesla continues to work on new features. If you see a version number, then it implies that someone has reported testing it in the wild with that release, most likely part of the Early Access Program. If you don't see a version it's because we have yet to see confirmation on TMC, Reddit or Facebook of people actually testing it on a Model S or Model X, however it may be in testing on a Model 3, so we hope/assume that it will also make it over to the Model S or Model X.

Whenever this goes GA, this will be one huge release. Maybe this is the TeslaOS 9.1 that Elon referenced to a while ago?

So we have 2 cars in Norway with the same version (2019.8.3), emmz0r with AP2.5 MCU2 and nimrooz with MCU1 (and which AP?).
The 1st got NoA, the 2nd didn't.

By reading this it seems like MCU1 cars are excluded from NoA in Europe. It's weird, I don't think that's the case in US, can someone confirm it?

Juli 2017, AP2.0, MCU1, EAP, FSD.
Do I score extra points for being multicoat red? :p

#1 is in 19.8.4, assuming you mean lane change on autopilot being initiated with a non-latching movement on the indicator stalk.
Wow. Somehow I missed that feature. We didn't get it until 2019.8.3. I got that update last week but didn't see it in the blank release notes. Such a little change but I've been wanting it since driving a 3 to California last year! I tested it out today and was so excited that I actually called two other Tesla owners on the drive home to let them know about it. Neither of them had heard of this change either.

I was on 2019.8.3 and this morning got another update to.......2019.8.3 (I guess a later build). The release notes say...

"Introducing new Navigation (Beta)
Introducing a new navigation system for your vehicle that provides improved routes, more accurate arrival times, and a more responsive instrument cluster view to better display upcoming maneuvers."

And some bug fixes for Dog Mode.

I'll try out the nav later on.

I'm in the UK and on AP2.0.
