What could be the name of the new Semi-Truck? May be Tesla ST or Tesla L (L for Lorry)?
Model T, I’m sure they won’t get into legal trouble with that.
In Europe we got the mega trailer, so why not a mega truck? That's assuming it got a swappeble battery of 1 megawatt or more, just in case under the trailer. I'd like tot see a swappeble battery system for trucks and buses. Who can both share a standard battery, such a battery can also stabalise the grid.
People would make fun of you here if you call a 5-axle tractor-trailer a 'mega' anything... I have a 5-axle at home just for funsies.
In US we got the giga factory, so why not call it a giga truck? :b
The gigafactory produces about a gigawatt in batteries, more then a truck can contain. A megabattery is actually quite realistic for a big truck, that's why I thought of a megatrucks ! A megatrailer is suitable for such a truck.
Model U for semi
Model R for pickup
U R S3XY
I like the punch line! x_x
Just call it Tesla Semi, no need to complicate things.
