If its sold by tesla should parking sensors be fixed already?
My understanding is only cosmetic issues Tesla does not fix anymore

Sorry, I meant if you choose to make the repair, the body shop will need to repaint bumper and as part of this process, they’ll also need to recalibrate the front sensors.

I only know this because I had a Summon fail and had to get my rear bumper repainted and they had to recalibrate the rear sensors.

I presume the sensors in their current state work fine.

Just got a quote on similar work and it ranged from $650-$850 between several body shops.

My guess is the body work is $400-600 and the recalibration would bump it up to the $800ish people are quoting.
