What does the warrenty really cover?

I have a question. Does the warrenty cover the scratch and bumper damage caused by the owner?

Or the owner should pay it on his own cost or use his insurance to cover it?

No the warranty does not cover body damage.

The warranty is in place to protect the buyer from manufacturer defects mostly of the mechanical variety.

So if you scratch or otherwise damage your car... no. You're not getting your car fixed for free.
