What ever happened to the “Escalate To Management” button?

I used the “Escalate To Management” button once about 1 ½ years ago and it worked okay, not great, but the issue was escalated.

I’ve been trying to get an answer to a simple question for over a month now and getting no reply at all, zero, zilch, nothing. I guess team Tesla must be stretched thin?

I decided to use the “Escalate To Management” button and noticed it was no longer on my car’s Tesla page. There is a support-question-form but with no dropdown option to escalate. Does anyone know what happened to it? Did they discontinue the escalate option?

I don't see it, either. My guess is that it got removed due to abuse. Some support systems automatically put requests into buckets based on keywords in the message. Not sure if Telsa is doing that. But including the words escalate, urgent, or similar, might help...that's just another guess though.
