What goodies to expect with delivery?

We are just a week away from taking delivery and I am way too excited :)
OA promised me goodies during delivery because I was upset about the Cream/Oak wood interior change.
What kind of goodies should I expect?

My OA just got back to me. Weather Tech floor mats on the house. I'll take that!

Wow! I've been following your posts quite a bit since you're getting a Blue X too. (and because I actually really like the new combo and almost wanted to switch to it).

It's great to see that they're going out of their way to make it up to you. I'm certainly not expecting them to do this for everyone.

What you may want to consider is the tire repair kit. That wasn't included with either our 2012 S P85 or 2017 S 100D. While we hope we'll never need it - it's prudent to carry the tire pump/tire repair kit, for an emergency (like carrying the UMC in the car).

2-1/2 years ago, we picked up our S90D at the Factory; they gave us: a baseball cap, two leather fob covers, a travel umbrella, and a coffee mug. Yesterday at the Fremont Delivery Center to pick up my wife's new X100D, they gave us nothing. I told our "delivery specialist" that that is not acceptable, explained what we got when we picked up our Model S, and told her to go talk to her manager about how to treat a "two Tesla" owner. She returned with two little, plastic molded, hollow toy cars; each about 6in long, made for a 2yo. What an effing joke!

We got zip extra. In fact they never even walked us through the car.
I think the extras are supposed to be for not meeting the expectations, like in OP's post. When I got my MS in 2015 they could no longer offer my chosen brown color and the black roof with the dual motors--I was a bit upset as the brown I think is one of the most unusual and cool colors of the early MS's, they hooked me up though with two Tesla jackets and caps and I had to choose a new color. The Tesla red skiing/snowboarding jacket is very nice and warm, and I get comments on it all the time.

We picked up our 3rd Tesla (X 100D) last week.

And all we got was the box with the 2 key FOBs. The X 100D came with the uninstalled towing kit, a Gen 2 UMC, the towing hook, basic carpet floor mats, and the screen over the front seats.

When we picked up our S 100D in March 2017, we received a Gen 1 UMC and the basic carpet floor mats PLUS the console phone charging dock.

With our first 2012 S P85, we just got the car - because the nearest Service Center was over 1000 miles away (in January 2013) and no one from Tesla was present when UPS dropped the car off at our front door.

For anyone waiting for delivery, you may want to order the console phone charging dock, so you'll have it when the car arrives. We also ordered the 10-30 and 14-30 UMC2 adapters, so we'll be able to charge with new/old dryer outlets in an emergency.

During production they discontinued the dark trim and replaced with light Oak. The oak looks nice, but was not what we ordered. On pickup we had some issues Big L written on seat in blue ink, seals not working. They fixed these and sent us on our way. No extra gifts, but I really did not expect anything.
