That branch is just a group of S & X cars, not from people not updating.
Digging deeper you'll see that most of them have been regularly updating through the 2020.48 branch, the latest of which is still being installed, so has nothing to do with folks not wanting to update.

i'm probably going to update this weekend. i've noticed more and more issues, notably my phone key has started taking longer to register when i walk up to the car (i'm guessing because the app has been updated with tweaks for the new software in the car, which i don't have).

i'm annoyed it has come to this, but i don't know that i have much of a choice now.

i finally did the update and the new version isn't *too* terrible. it was annoying for a few days but once you get used to it it's not that bad.
