Sorry, I didn't edit the video so let me know if you have any questions or if I completely messed up when trying to describe something.
Forgot to mention that I also got LED lights for the cabin and trunk; got windows tinted and had Tesla logo valve caps on the tires.
Wish list: 3.0 battery and sound proofing.

FDA19913-DA17-493C-8924-C2CE3B897B92.jpeg So I thought @jason.tv ’s headlights would look cool with my taillights.
    Turns out I was right.
Only it was three full days’ work later.

Window tint REMOVED. The tint made my car look so dark with all the carbon fiber it had. Removing the tint it now looks much much better in my opinion!

Separated the rear subframe and removed the ESS to fix an immersion fault preventing the car from charging. Going to apply some sound deadening to the bulkhead before reassembling. Plus a few other things over the next couple of weeks.

Holy Cow, I have a hard time taking a wheel off, removing the whole rear end of the car, that is really amazing. Hats off to you.

Tex EV definitely takes the cake!

    FWIW, here's my recent tinkering

Added a new head unit (single DIN on the 1.5): Pioneer DMH-WT7600NEX - 9" screen, wireless CarPlay/Android Auto, USB and 3.5mm plugs in the shelf to the right of the steering column (I prefer the cleaner look compared to the Alpine Halo units (and the higher screen resolution)). I had ordered a replacement amp but decided that the sound with the new head unit and built in amp is good enough for me

    Added a backup camera

Installed my OVMS 3.1 (Originally purchases for #1171, RIP), with the 3G antenna under the dash

Wired in a couple of relays to bypass the failed high beam circuit in my switchpack

I also got LED headlight units and Dave's rotors/pads (thanks to Javier)

Here’s a couple pictures of the Pioneer head unit 2011C765-56F8-4E8F-B8C2-73D871338A20.jpeg

I used an iDatalink unit to expose car vitals from the OVMS so they can be shown on the head unit in the same way a factory device would

What did you use to clean off all the sticky, gooey, stuff on the AC vents?

    Isopropyl alcohol works well.

My 1.5 doesn’t have any of that. On my 2.5 (1171) there was plenty of goo - I think I read somewhere that the half circle vents on the 2.5 have a lower quality surface coating

I used a bit of toothpaste, applied with my finger, followed by soap and a bit of water. Got it all off. Not a quick process, but no risk of a solvent getting onto something it might damage.
