What if there is damage in Demo car purchasing

I am going for purchasing Demo model Y. I haven't look the vehicle. Dealer will assign VIN of the vehicle that I haven't seen. When I go showroom to see the vehicle and If there is any damage such as scratch, do they fix it for me or is it too bad?
If they say too bad, do I just give up VIN and wait for next coming one?

It used to when it's called cpo. After that, you're lucky if it would do that for you.

You should check if it's in Tesla's new or used inventory.

It may have changed since I bought my MS R, but my car was ex demonstrator and sold as new car with new car warranty. (That was in UK. May be different elsewhere).

I would check specifically for an individual car.

In my case, the sales location advised me of existing minor issues but agreed to fix a few matters after purchase that they had not advised.
