I have seen FCA cars like these a number of times, with manufacturer plates, cables running along the roof and some weird sensors attached to the wheels. Anybody knows what they might be testing here? They are always cars already in production, so I assume it is some sort of long term reliability thing? This is LA, far from Detroit...
