WHAT is this interior noise?

This noise started about a month ago. If music is above 4 or 5 then I can’t hear it, but otherwise it’s very annoying.
I have a dashcam which I disconnected to rule it out. No other aftermarket electronics are present. I can’t seem to pinpoint exactly where the noise is coming from.
Any thoughts?
Btw, my mid-30s ears can only hear one oscillating tune. The phone recorded multiple tunes.

It’s possible, but really hard to tell. It actually sounds very different to our ears (and it’s not just my old ears, my 5 and 9 year olds report the same thing I’m hearing—like a high pitched oscillating see-saw noise) as compared to what the phone captured. Similar frequency though.

It almost sounds like coil whine to me.

Does it change at all if you navigate your maps or menu options on the screen?
