What is this sound!? It's driving me nuts. The noise starts a couple seconds in and is very high pitched. What do you think? Please ignore the video as I was just trying to capture this sound.

Unfortunately, all I can hear is road/wind noise.

It starts at the 7 second mark and sounds like a high pitched chirp. In the car it is much louder than in the video.

I can barely hear it, not sure what it is... but is your window open? Your road/wind noise is very loud.

I thought I had excessive road noise. No one can hear me on Bluetooth either. No windows open.

It's probably one of your window seals.. pretty common problem among the first models my X is super quiet.

I hear a high pitched squeak. Maybe dash plastic rubbing together? Or Jiminy is stuck somewhere in there! :p

Just an FYI for all of you who can't hear the noise. I've figured out it is about 16-17khz meaning that some "older" people wont be able to hear it :). Feel free to check your hearing here:

I "heard" some teens were using tones in this range as text notification sounds so that their teachers couldn't hear it but the kids could.
