Found this little thing (gear?) in console box. I checked around but had no clue.

What's the console box? And you should put something in the picture that we know the size of for reference.. like a coin or something.
If I had to guess, I would say that is part of one of the hinges for the center console lids.

I agree. Probably an extra part left by mistake if your console doors operate normally.

Yes, the two doors soft open.

So it appears to be one of the two gears highlighted:

By comparing the open speed, I suspect the upper console door (left in video) is missing one gear, as it opens quicker than the other one.
