That's the maximum regeneration possible. Either because you're charged to 100% or it's too cold. It will go away after you drive for a while.

That's weird. It was almost 70 degrees outside and my SOC was about 87%. It did go away after about 6 or 7 miles. I had to park it outside last night but it only got down to the mid 50s.
