I've only rotated at the point of change to winter wheels and back (~7k miles) so haven't needed the stands.

I use the CDI torque wrench that I got from Amazon. It's solid and woks well. I also got some 1/2 inch sockets that work well with the stock lug nuts (21mm) and the Rial Lugano lug nuts (19mm).
