i am curious cause many prob feel its Prius and Volt/Leaf owners but I have a feeling many sportscar owners switched to the M3.

Please list what car you used to drive or sold to get the model 3 and which model 3 you bought !

I sold my BMW M4 and I’m glad I did... I have r m3 long range but with many mods already .ar
I switched from rear wheel drive M3 to performance M3

How do they compare on wind/road noise? I test drove a Model S briefly but didn't really care for the size. I didn't pay much attention to the noise though. Now that I have the 3 my biggest complaint is the wind/road noise is pretty bad compared to the BMW 340i it replaced.
The guys who installed my sound system told me that the 3 has better acoustics than the S. Apparently they didn't put much in the S for sound dampening.

YMMV

2013 VW Golf R. We’re waiting on the “drafting of the contract” via Tesla for my wife’s Model Y which will replace her 2011 VW Tiguan. Need to schedule the electrician this week for the second 240v...

Didn't really "replace" anything but I did recently sell 2 cars, which motivated me to purchase a P3D+. I sold my 2007 Audi RS4 (52.5K miles) and 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo (53.5K miles).
