What lease buyout cost should one expect on a 2022 Model X Plaid w/ all extras?

The total cost on a 2022 Tesla Model X Plaid w/ autopilot, 6-seats, 22" tires (without tax) comes to $146,790. Total cost to lease over 36 months would come out to
$91,474.46 ($2,296.86/month plus $10,089.36 at signing). What kind of buy out cost should one expect? Trying to figure out how Tesla calculates depreciation. Anyone have buy out offers they could share?

+$12,000 FSD
Total: $147,490 ... but I placed this order last year and my total is $146,790.

You left out FSD, white interior, and black paint. Auto Pilot is standard.
