What makes it "Premium"? [premium interior vs partial premium interior]

In 2019 I purchased a Tesla model 3 SR. This car had to be specially ordered to get the $35,000 price and with the rebates from Calif and So Cal Edison of $3,500. The car ended up costing me $31,500.00.

I sold the car last December and purchased a 2022 model 3P at a much heftier price.

I keep reading that the LR and the P have "Premium Interior". My 2019 wasn't Premium.

Exactly what does that mean, Premium Interior? Better sound system, yes, much better than the 2019 SR. Is there something else that I don't see? Or is it only the sound that makes it Premium???
