Then again - be aware of all those "extras" that constantly break down. Consumer Reports just released a long-term analysis of maintenance costs, and Tesla had the least costs at $4,100, while Mercedes came in at $10,525. Land Rover was the worst at $19,250.
Some of us prefer not to have a constantly breaking/flooding sunroof (they all have problems after a while). Every car massaging seat I've sat in is uncomfortable with all those rollers. MB is better than most, but still not as comfortable as Tesla's seats. Massaging seats may work better for people with lots of excess padding, so test them out first. I'm fine with the automatic turn signals and getting rid of the other dust collector stalks, but I understand some prefer the old ways. Tesla's automatic windshield wipers are ok for me, but not nearly as good as others. Keep hoping they will get better with a software update.
Other features that some want that Tesla doesn't offer: Car Play/Android Auto; Lots of chrome everywhere; Metal roof; Loud engine noises (ICE of fake EV sounds); Hundreds of cryptic buttons; Built-in refrigerator; Perfume dispenser; Electric rear spoiler (The original X had one, but now only fixed). Note that I don't expect any future Tesla will have any of these features/changes.
