Trying to figure out what settings are saved with each driver profile for the Model Y as I noticed that it doesn't save anything related to the radio or streaming music. It keeps whatever station the last driver had on. Found this list from a Model 3 group.
  • Seat position

  • Steering wheel position

  • Quick controls
    • Mirror position

    • Mirror Auto Fold
  • Autopilot
    • Cruise Follow Distance

    • Auto Lane Change (if Autosteer is active)

    • Navigate on AutoPilot Setting
  • Driving
    • Acceleration

    • Steering Mode

    • Regenerative Braking

    • Creep
  • Climate

    • Seat Heating Settings

    • Climate Controls
Is there a better list or anything missing?

That's way more than I knew about (thanks!)
When you move the seat or steering etc a save button pops up on the screen by your profile. However switching between Chill and Sport it does not, so dont know if those are saved or if changing those affects all profiles.
So more fiddling needed to find out.

Old thread but I'm trying to figure out if the way I position the air vents is supposed to be saved per profile. I like it to blow on my face and my wife likes it overhead and even though I see the "saving" UI on the screen when I adjust (while on my profile), when she gets in and is on her profile it still has my settings. When she changes it, I experience the same issue when I get in the car. Is this the way the SW works or do I have an issue?

Hey that's me from a 1.5 years ago when I was still trying to figure out what settings get saved in the driver's profile. Since then, I've learned that the software updates change a lot with this car and now with the cloud profiles coming out, things may change even more.

I thought vent settings were saved nowadays but not sure. Need to test it out like you have done.
