Wondering what type of Supercharging in on the new refreshed Model S. Is it free unlimited pay per use or something in-between? I thought I read 1000 miles free charge but now I can't find that.

You pay for whatever electricity you draw at the rate Tesla charges.

They have stopped all promotions so far, including the 1000 fee miles referral bonus. As SilverGS said, it is pay as you go now.

Since your signature says you ordered in July - if you used a referral code at the time of your order, you will get the 1000 mile referral bonus. I referred myself when I ordered on Battery day, and have 1000 free referral miles on my Plaid I picked up a few weeks ago.

If you didn't use the referral code back then, there's no way to add it now.
