What tires come with the base wheels and has anyone replaced tires yet?

BTW, my impression of the stock tires was positive but I burned through the rear ones pretty quickly. You can see that story here.

I like the Pirellis so far. Good ride, better grip, similar noise. But I expect them to not give as much range because they're more geared toward performance rather than economy.
 
Stock is Michelin MXM4 but a special low rolling resistance version with sound deadening foam inside made specifically for the Model 3. I just put Pirelli P Zero Neros on my RWD LR. I also have a set of snow tires.
There are actually two different Michelin MXM4 tires, a Pilot and a Primacy. The one that comes on the Model 3 is the Michelin Primacy MXM4.

Michelin does seem to have rather unimaginative, and sometimes confusing, naming conventions, but they're generally very good tires.
