What to do after collision if I hear internal car parts moving?

Just ran over a dead animal on the road going 75mph. It was a pretty loud and aggressive thump. It was on the front right side of the tesla. From what I can see there isn’t any exterior structural damage. However, when I drive really slowly I can hear something inside the car moving. I believe it to be some broken part. I drove 50 miles to me next destination at 75mph. Car drives fine, but I am concerned about the rattling I am hearing under my car. My question is… should I be concerned. If so, the tesla app and service is very confusing and I am 100 miles away from the nearest service center. What is the best way to get someone to get someone to look at my car and make sure everything is fine. Hope this is right place to post! Thank you in advance.
