What type of work would get a Tesla marked "Previously Repaired"?

I would say your best bet would be to ask a Tesla service center to see if there's any record of repairs for your VIN. For something as small as a cracked taillight, I'd assume it wouldn't elevate the status to "Previously Repaired". If a body panel or bumper was fixed / replaced / repaired, that might qualify. From my experience with a previous car (2000 BMW 323i), there was a delay to my scheduled delivery. I bought it through carorder.com so I didn't see the car until it was trailered to my house. There was nothing that I could see that was wrong with it so I accepted delivery. About 5-6 years later when I had the car in for third or fourth window regulator replacement, I asked for a complete repair history for the car. Only then did I find out that the reason why the car was delayed was that the front bumper was replaced because it was damaged at the port of entry in Southern California.
