Hope all is well.

Curious, what's the longest your Tesla has been in at the SC?

Mine has been over a month now (granted its the festive season but still a long time) - so thought I'd ask the question

It's all down to parts availability, other pressures and emergencies and whether all the work is in-house or sent out for spraying etc. When rodents ate my electrics it was in for nearly 6 weeks...

Six weeks at MK SC with AC fault in May 2018. The two-hour replacement of the EXV coil was started and completed on day 42 and I picked up the car in the afternoon. It had taken about a week for the part to arrive. Although the SC and the escalation team in Holland would not give much away, my understanding was that rest of the delay was a backlog of work owing o insufficient trained staff.

More recent (and too many) SC visits for repairs have been finished more quickly. Staff sickness and self-isolation may be affecting workflow currently. Also possible that some technicians were re-deployed to Southampton to fix faults on new cars in the end of Q4 delivery rush.
