What's the Quickest Way to get a Wall Charger from Tesla

I like this setup, is both the HPWC and 14-50 receptacle on the same breaker or separate?

My neighbor, a licensed electrician, installed separate breakers - 50 Amp for NEMA 14-50 and 60 Ampback for the HPWC.
I wanted to have the NEMA 14-50 as a back up in case the HPWC malfunctions (vice versa) - since I drive 150 miles daily.
I charge to 80% (248 miles) of the 310 mile LR battery.
