Cant make up my mind if I want the grey 21's or silver, does the dark grey come off as being too racy?

I would go with silver wheels on a white S. The grey is too dark for that paint color.

But color preferences are very idiosyncratic.

On the purely practical side of things, the dark grey can go a few days without having to be washed.

I like the look of the dark wheels on white or pearl white. Very "Storm Troopery"

If you tint your windows, go with the gray wheels. If you don't tint your windows, either color looks great.

I personally think the lighter gray wheels will compliment the chrome trim around the car better. But like was stated earlier, to each his or her own. What you like is perfect for you!

Both look amazing, silver screams "luxury" and the dark grey screams "sporty". I guess I could always repaint them if I get tired of either color.

Tint the windows and get the dark wheels! Great contrast.

Silver. No doubt. With a white car, the grey will look dirty all the time. I have the Steel Grey and grey wheels and am very happy with it. They match beautifully.

Wow, that does look good. Cancel my earlier post expressing a preference for silver wheels with white paint. The S is so beautiful that any color of paint or wheels looks great!

More pics of gray wheels on pearl white paint. Note that these are 19" cyclones powdercoated the same color as the 21" gray turbines.

Another consideration regardless of rim color are the red brake calipers! They really set off the other colors, no matter what you choose!

Guess I'm old school. I like the silver next to a dark tire--lets everyone see that those expensive tires are really low profile. Black tire + dark rims makes the wheel well appear empty, and with that combo the tires also seem to look smaller at least on a white car.
